Within the borders of Çankaya District of Ankara province; The real estate located in Anıttepe District and whose neighborhood, island and parcel number are stated below, belongs to our Municipality; Based on the Assembly Decision No. 6 dated 03.01.2023, in accordance with Article 36 of Law No. 2886 and with the Council Decision No. 304 dated 17.05.2023, the tender sale will be held by sealed bidding method (with bidding); Other taxes and duties calculated from the sales price and all expenses will be collected in cash.
