The bustle of Eid al-Adha continues at the Altındağ Municipality Sacrificial Animal Sales and Slaughter Area. Teams from the Altındağ Municipality Veterinary Directorate conducted health screenings on sacrificial animals brought in from various cities across Anatolia.
Sacrificial animals under scrutiny in Altındağ… Teams from the Altındağ Municipality Veterinary Directorate conducted an inspection at the Altındağ Municipality Sacrificial Animal Sales and Slaughter Area located in Tatlar Neighborhood. During the health screening, the animals’ ear tags and documentation were examined one by one. Working with great diligence, the teams checked the animals’ ages and whether they were breeding stock. Additionally, the sacrificial animals’ health reports and passports were carefully examined.
 
“OUR INSPECTIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THE HOLIDAY”
Stating that inspections at the Sacrifice Animal Sales and Slaughter Area will continue, Altındağ Mayor Dr. Veysel Tiryaki said, “With the Sacrifice Festival just around the corner, we have intensified our inspections at the Sacrifice Animal Sales and Slaughter Area. Our inspections will continue throughout the festival. As the municipality, we are taking every possible measure to ensure our citizens can perform their sacrifice rituals without any issues.”
 
Mayor Tiryaki added, “Hygiene is our top priority… All necessary hygiene measures have been implemented at our facility. Citizens visiting our Sacrifice Sale and Slaughter Area can rest assured and shop with peace of mind. Our teams will remain on duty in the field until the end of Eid al-Adha.”
