Events were organized by Ankara Governorship and Ankara Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism in the Capital National Garden within the scope of the Culture Road Festival, on the occasion of "Turkish Cuisine Week". In the "Ankara's Gastronomy District" competition hosted by Altındağ Municipality, Altındağ Municipality was represented by Ayşe Diken, a member of Seyfi Demirsoy Women's Education and Culture Center. Diken participated in the competition with Wedding Soup and Ankara Tava. After the tasting by the jury members, citizens in the fair area also accompanied the food tasting. The meals prepared by Diken attracted great attention from the jury members and citizens. At the end of the competition, Ayşe Diken, who was entitled to receive the "Best Soup" award, was presented with her medal.  Stating that she learned a lot and improved herself through the Women's Education and Culture Center, Diken said, "I would like to thank Altındağ Municipality and our mayor, Mr. Veysel Tiryaki, for providing us with these wonderful opportunities. I was already very interested in food. I improved myself further in our center. I am very happy to win a medal. Women's Education and Culture Centers are a great opportunity for the women of Altındağ... I invite everyone to benefit from these centers."
