Altındağ's first Science Festival has started. The Science Festival, hosted by Altındağ Municipality and held at Yunus Emre Cultural Center in cooperation with TÜBİTAK and Altındağ District Directorate of National Education, opened its doors to its visitors. The Science Festival, whose opening ribbon was cut by Altındağ District Governor Bülent Bayraktar, Altındağ District Director of National Education Hasan Yıldırım and Altındağ Municipality Deputy Mayor Ahu Özyakup, attracted great attention from the children and young people of Altındağ who wanted to discover science. The festival, which included colorful workshops, experiments and scientific activities, was flooded with visitors from the first day. Within the scope of the festival, it is aimed to spread science to all segments of society, to create a positive perspective towards science in children and young people, and to increase the interest of participants in science and technology. In addition, the events draw attention to important issues such as sustainability, development of creative thinking skills and preservation of cultural values. 
CHAIRMAN EXAMINED THE STANDS WITH INTEREST
Altındağ Mayor Dr. visited the event area. Veysel Tiryaki listened to the students' projects with interest. Emphasizing that the young people of Altındağ have carried out qualified work in the field of science and technology, Mayor Tiryaki said, "I am very happy to share the excitement of the students of Altındağ, who are curious, inquisitive, producing, and exploring with science and technology. As the municipality, we are very pleased to host this festival, which is organized to spread science to children, young people and all segments of the society... I really liked the projects put forward by the young people. I congratulate our children who have accomplished these beautiful works and the teachers who worked for them."  
President Tiryaki said, "We will always be there for our children who produce, think, and are interested in science and technology."
