A relative of mine became a veteran on the night of July 15. I wanted to paint what I remember from those days. I was especially impressed by the salute sounds coming from our mosques that night. I can still hear the salute sounds... Thank God, our flag is still flying. I was very happy that my painting was included in such a meaningful exhibition. "I would like to thank our Municipality and Mayor for providing these opportunities," he said.
