The training marathon of women from Altındağ continues. The "Strong Women Safe Life Training Program" organized for women in Altındağ in cooperation with Ankara University has started. The "Strong Women, Safe Life Training Program", which will be held every week with topics such as "Stress and Coping Techniques, Self-Awareness, Communication and Psychological Health, Gender and Women's Empowerment, Violence and its Effects on Women's Health, Non-Violent Communication and Combating Violence", will continue until May. Within the scope of the program, it is aimed for women to get to know themselves better, discover the power of communication, improve their skills in coping with stress and increase their awareness of gender equality. “TRAINING WAS VERY GOOD” Hatun Çağır, a member of Beşikkaya Women's Education and Culture Center, who attended the training, said, "I was very pleased. It went very well, we learned new information. We learned how to cope with stress. The training will last 6 weeks, I want to continue other training programs." Another member, Melahat Çetin, expressed her feelings by saying, "I often attend training programs. When I learned that there was a 'Strong Women Safe Life Training Program', I wanted to participate. We completed our first training. The training was very good, I was satisfied. I learned to cope with negativities such as stress and violence." “TRAININGS EMPOWER ALTINTAĞ WOMEN” Altındağ Mayor Dr. emphasized that they are very happy to have signed a new training program for the women of Altındağ. Veysel Tiryaki said, "With our collaborations as the municipality, we continue to organize training programs that raise awareness and empower the women of Altındağ. The 6-week training includes many topics such as techniques for coping with stress, non-violent communication and combating violence. Awareness and consciousness-raising trainings both change the perspective of women and strengthen our women." President Tiryaki said, "I would like to thank our women from Altındağ who participated in the training and all the institutions and organizations that contributed and supported the organization of the seminars."
