Women from Altındağ who are members of Women's Education and Culture Centers came together at the seminar called "Anatomy of a Crow". In the seminar held by psychologist Burcu Bal, the problem-solving skills of crows were emphasized and how this skill could be adapted to human life. In the seminar, information was given about topics such as "the crow solving the 8-stage experiment, crow philosophy, crows and thinkers, obstacles in problem solving skills, problem solving steps, application, conflict management, causes of conflict, stages of conflict, misconceptions about conflict, positive results of conflicts, effective and ineffective methods in conflict resolution, definition, creating solution suggestions, choosing the appropriate solution and relationship strategies." Bal said: "When we compare the crow with people, we often see that people give up. Even though the problems we encounter in daily life are not simple, we should not be afraid when we fail. The important thing is to continue until we reach our goal. Because failure is a natural part of the problem-solving process. When a person is not afraid of failure, he can evaluate the process more healthily and find his way. If there were no failures, we would not learn to take a new step. We should not forget that every problem has an exit. The important thing is to focus on the path we follow.
