Altındağ Municipality Police Department teams examined the bakeries throughout the district before the month of Ramadan. The teams that checked the tax certificate, business opening and working licenses carefully examined many issues such as the hygiene and physical conditions of the businesses, the quality of the equipment used and the expiration dates of the food products. During the inspections, special attention was paid to the cleanliness of kitchen shelves and counter tops, and business owners and employees were informed about the rules to be followed. “OUR INSPECTIONS WILL CONTINUE DURING RAMADAN” Altındağ Mayor Dr. said that bakeries are among the places where citizens shop the most during Ramadan.
