Iftar gatherings, which have become traditional in Altındağ, continue to make the residents of the neighborhood smile. The guests of the iftar gatherings held at the Capital National Garden Elmas Wedding Hall were the residents of Karapürçek District. Citizens of Altındağ, who showed great interest in the iftar program, expressed their gratitude to Mayor Tiryaki and Altındağ Municipality for their invitation. Mayor Veysel Tiryaki, who gave a message of unity and solidarity, expressed his satisfaction in meeting the people of Altındağ at the iftar table. “IT MAKES ME VERY HAPPY THAT OUR PRESIDENT SEES US AS HIS FAMILY” Hacer Akan (54), a resident of Karapürçek District, who attended the iftar program, said, "I attended the iftar program for the first time. It was a change for me too. Ramadan means cooperation, solidarity and everyone understanding each other better... It means brotherhood and conversation... I feel sad when Ramadan ends; I wait for its next visit for a year. As it gets closer, I get so happy that I can't explain it." Akan said, "May God bless everyone, may we all meet at many tables. May God bless our municipality, may their work be successful. Their services are very good, they are very attentive. They take care of everyone individually." Feride Yıldırım (39), a member of Karapürçek Architect Başak Cengiz Women's Education and Culture Center, stated that she found the iftar program very nice. Yıldırım said, "Being here made me very happy spiritually. May God accept it. I thank our President very much. I feel at peace. It also makes me happy that our President Veysel sees us as his own family. It is a great feeling that he goes from table to table, says 'welcome' and invites us to iftar... Everything has been thought of down to the smallest detail. Thank you very much." “IF THESE TABLES ARE BEAUTIFUL, THEY ARE NICE BECAUSE YOU ARE COMING…” Mayor Veysel Tiryaki said, "I experience the happiness of sharing the blessings of Ramadan with my precious fellow citizens from Altındağ every evening." He said, "We came together with our residents of Karapürçek Neighborhood, our valuable neighbors, at the iftar table; we met in prayers, increased our conversation, built bridges from heart to heart. If these tables are beautiful, they are beautiful because you came... I'm glad to have you, I'm glad you came. May God always preserve our unity and solidarity." I hope it will happen..." he said.
