Youth meeting from Mayor Tiryaki... Just before the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS), young people from Altındağ who were preparing for the exam met with Mayor Veysel Tiryaki. Young people who prepared for the exams in Altındağ Municipality neighborhood libraries were motivated by Mayor Tiryaki's words. Chatting with the young people, Mayor Tiryaki gave advice to the young people and expressed his wishes for success. The young people asked questions to Mayor Tiryaki and did not forget to take a souvenir photo. “RAISE YOURSELF WELL…” "We are always with our young people," said President Veysel Tiryaki, talking about his memories of his student years, and added: "I hope you will succeed... This year, 2.5 million people are taking the exam. When I took the exam, approximately 300 thousand people were taking the exam. Nowadays, there is a bigger race, a struggle. The competition is bigger... Everyone who strives and puts in effort wins, as long as you believe me. I have never seen anyone win without working. Time passes very quickly. Yesterday, I was studying at university. Today, "40 years have passed..." he said. President Tiryaki continued his words as follows: "Educate yourself well. After 10 years, you will see that most of these professions do not exist. Do the job you love. Once you pass the exam, you will see what doors God will open for you. I hope you will have a profession... I hope your work will be your strength... I hope you will accomplish things that are beneficial to society, homeland and nation... God will not leave your efforts unrewarded. Have a library in your home and get into the habit of reading books. No one who does not read books can be successful in life. He cannot explain his troubles or express his problems. I wholeheartedly wish success to all of you. May God help you and help you.” “I THANK OUR MAYOR VERY MUCH” Feyzanur Terlemez, who said that she prepared for the exams at Yıldıztepe Library, said, "I prepared for the exams at Yıldıztepe Library. I am an active user of the library. I constantly come to the library to study. I would like to thank the library staff and our Mayor for supporting young people." THEY RELEASED STRESS WITH MUSIC In the program, young people also listened to the suggestions and recommendations of Mustafa Sait Mert, a psychologist working at Altındağ Healthy Life Center, regarding techniques to reduce exam anxiety. Giving important warnings to young people, Mert said, "Young people, stay away from social media applications. Night sleep should be an average of 6-8 hours... It is very important to relax the body and take a walk... Make sure to take a walk, learn to breathe quality." The young people then relieved their stress with the ear-stopping concert of Altındağ Municipality choir chief Cengiz Taşkent. Young people had fun with music.
