In cooperation with Altındağ Municipality and Health Sciences University Gülhane Faculty of Dentistry, an oral and dental health screening and seminar was organized for the young people of Altındağ. Dentist Cenkhan Bal touched upon the definition of a tooth, what caries is, ways to prevent caries, the importance of daily dental care, and habits that disrupt oral and dental health, and also talked about correct tooth brushing methods. After the seminar, all children underwent oral and dental health screening. At the end of the screening, the participants were given an oral and dental health kit containing toothpaste and a toothbrush.
