Altındağ Municipality, which eliminated all obstacles for the restructuring of Altındağ, made a good news decision. In some neighborhoods within the district borders, all of the fees paid to the municipality as municipal service fees for housing construction will not be received until 2025. "LET IT BE GOOD TO EVERYONE" Making a statement on the subject, Altındağ Mayor Veysel Tiryaki said, "We have taken a decision in order to provide convenience to parcel shareholders and companies that will invest in construction in the regions within the borders of our district and to increase the demands for construction. In line with the decision taken by our Municipal Council, we will not receive all the fees for the services of the Directorate of Planning and Urbanization until 01.01.2025." Wishing that the decision would be beneficial for everyone, Mayor Tiryaki said, "We have taken an important step in terms of incentives by sacrificing these fees, which are an important item of municipal revenues. We will do whatever is necessary to make Altındağ the district where the most houses are built and the urban transformation is most intense." WHICH NEIGHBORHOODS DOES THE DECISION COVER? The decision taken by Altındağ Municipal Council includes the entire Zübeyde Hanım, Ulubey, Solfasol and Doğantepe Neighborhoods, the areas declared as "Risky Areas" in Örnek and Gültepe Neighborhoods, the parcels allocated as "Residential Area" in the approved zoning plan in Önder Neighborhood, the area from the west of 1131 Street, which divides Başpınar Neighborhood into two, to the neighborhood border, and "Cinderesi" covering a part of Feridunçelik-Beşikkaya Neighborhoods. It covers the islands 24295, 24296, 24298 and 24299, which are located between the islands/parcels within the "Location Risky Area" border and Altınköy Open Air Museum.
