A loving visit from the little ones from Altındağ... The little ones studying in the nurseries operating under Altındağ Municipality visited Gicik Elderly Care and Rehabilitation Center. The little ones gave the nursing home residents unforgettable moments with their surprise visits and gifts. The little kids from Altındağ, who drew pictures and played games with the residents of the nursing home, made everyone smile with their pleasant conversations. The little students then touched the nursing home residents by giving them small gifts they prepared with their own handiwork. The smiles on the faces of the nursing home residents who had a pleasant time with the little ones were worth seeing. “THERE IS LIFE WHERE CHILDREN ARE” Gicik Elderly Care and Rehabilitation Center resident Mustafa Acar, who emphasized that he was happy to spend time with children, said, "The surprise visit of our little ones made me very happy. It reminded me of my childhood. I love children very much and spending time with them took me back to my childhood. I am happy on normal days, but today I am even happier because the children came to spend time with us. Participating in activities with them took me out of my old age and into my childhood." Expressing his gratitude to Altındağ Municipality, Erdal İlhan, another nursing home resident, said, "Spending time with children is a great feeling... It reminds me of my grandchildren. I feel like I am playing with my grandchildren in my own home. There is life where children are. It is our duty to show good things to children with these and similar activities... We cannot always come together and spend time with children. But I would like to thank Altındağ Municipality, nursery teachers and these beautiful children for offering us this opportunity." “THIS LOVING COMBINATION OF THE PAST AND THE FUTURE IS VERY BEAUTIFUL…” Altındağ Mayor Dr. emphasized that the little ones educated in Altındağ Municipality nurseries grow up with the awareness of social values. Veysel Tiryaki said, "This visit from our little ones is very precious to us... Our elderly and elders are our most important values, they are our past... Our children are our future... This loving unity of the past and the future is very beautiful..." President Tiryaki said, "I hope we will continue to keep the culture of love, respect and unity alive through such meaningful meetings..."
