In Altınköy, which carries the traces of rural life from past to present, life again showed itself in its purest form. Six little lambs were born at the Altınköy Open Air Museum, which continues to bring the village life of 100 years ago to the city in Ankara. 6 little lambs, whose health, care and nutrition were checked by expert veterinarians, began to live with their mothers in Altınköy, without being removed from their natural environment. Little lambs also made the visitors smile. Visitors who had the opportunity to see the lambs in their natural environment immortalized these moments by taking photographs, while children also had unforgettable moments. These joyful moments revealed that the village culture in Altınköy is not only explained but also kept alive. “IN ALTINKÖY, WE DO NOT ONLY PRESERVE THE PAST, BUT ALSO KEEP THE CYCLE OF NATURE ALIVE” Stating that they were very happy about the birth of the little lambs, Altındağ Mayor Dr. Veysel Tiryaki said, "We are witnessing one of the most beautiful moments of life in touch with nature in Altınköy. The 6 lambs that joined us are the purest indicator that life, effort and hope continue... As Altındağ Municipality, we not only preserve the past in Altınköy, but also keep the cycle of nature alive. Every newborn creature here reminds us once again how true and valuable the Altınköy Open Air Museum is." Emphasizing that the health, care and nutrition processes of the lambs are followed meticulously, Mayor Tiryaki said, "6 little lambs have become a source of happiness and excitement for all of us. Our lambs are in good health and are checked regularly by our veterinarians. All members of Altınköy are in safe hands..." Mayor Tiryaki invited all Ankara residents to visit Altınköy Open Air Museum.
