A big surprise for teachers from Altındağ... Teachers working in the facilities serving within Altındağ Municipality met in a meaningful event on November 24, Teachers' Day. Teachers from Altındağ created a memorial forest by planting 300 saplings on the empty land in Altınköy Open Air Museum. The sapling planting ceremony witnessed moments full of joy and emotion. “I AM HAPPY TO BE FROM ALTİNĞĞ” Selda Geyikçi, a teacher working at Karapürçek-1 Women's Education and Culture Center, stated that she liked the event very much. Geyikçi said, "The sapling planting event went very well. It was a well-thought-out event... I'm glad I'm a teacher... Teaching is the best profession I can do in this life... We thank Altındağ Municipality, I'm glad they have it." Songül Şahinkaya, another teacher who attended the event, expressed her feelings with the following words: "I planted a tree for the first time. I was very happy to have a tree planted in Altındağ. I felt very valuable. I would like to thank our Mayor.
