Republic enthusiasm began in Altındağ. The "29 October Republic Run" organized by Altındağ Municipality on the occasion of the 102nd anniversary of the Republic witnessed exciting moments. A total of 300 students from 15 high schools and 27 secondary schools participated in the "29 October Republic Day Cross Country Competitions" held in cooperation with Altındağ Youth and Sports District Directorate, Altındağ District National Education Directorate and Altındağ District Health Directorate. In the team rankings, Ertuğrul Gazi Secondary School came to the top in the Junior High School Star Girls category, Sultan Alparslan Secondary School in the Star Boys category, Hacı Bayram Veli Sports High School in the Young Girls category, and Gazi High School in the Young Men category.
