Conditions for participation in the tender, required documents and criteria to be applied in qualification evaluation: 4.1. Conditions for participating in the tender and required documents: 4.1.1. Certificate from the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry or the relevant Chamber of Tradesmen and Craftsmen, where it is registered in accordance with the legislation; 4.1.1.1. In case of a real person, a document obtained in the year of the first announcement or tender date, showing that it is registered with the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry or the relevant Chamber of Tradesmen and Craftsmen, depending on its relevance, 4.1.1.2. In case of a legal entity, a document obtained from the Chamber of Commerce and/or Industry in which it is registered in accordance with the relevant legislation, in the year of the first announcement or tender date, showing that the legal entity is registered in the chamber, 4.1.2. The bidder; a) The current ratio (current assets / short-term liabilities) should be at least 0.75, b) The equity ratio (equity/total assets) must be at least 0.15, c) The ratio of short-term bank debts to equity is less than 0.50, These are the qualification criteria and these three criteria are sought together. Those who could not meet these criteria in the previous year can submit their documents for the last two years. In this case, it is checked whether the qualification criteria are met based on the average of the monetary amounts of the last two years for which the documents are submitted. 4.2.3. Documents showing business volume a) Income statement showing the total turnover for the year before the year the tender was made, b) Invoices issued in the year before the year in which the tender was made, showing the monetary amount of the part of the ongoing goods sales under commitment or the completed goods sales, It is sufficient to submit one of these documents. The amounts in these documents must not exceed 25% of the price to be offered by the bidder for the total turnover, and the monetary amount of the part of the ongoing works under commitment or the sales of goods related to the completed works must exceed 15% of the offered price.
