ANNOUNCEMENT FROM ALTındağ MUNICIPALITY Within the borders of Altındağ District; Our Municipality's shares in the immovable properties located in various neighborhoods and whose neighborhood, island and parcel numbers are specified below will be sold by Open Bid Tender in accordance with Article 45 of Law No. 2886, and all other taxes and fees calculated on the tender price and all expenses will be collected in cash. 1- The tender will be held in the presence of the ENCIMEN gathered at the Altındağ Municipality Palace Presidential Building located at No: 177 on Samanpazarı Anafartalar Street, on the dates and times specified below. 2- It is mandatory for the persons participating in the tender to obtain a specification before the tender and to participate in the tender with the specification. 3- The specifications for this tender can be obtained at the Real Estate and Expropriation Directorate located on the 4th floor of Altındağ Municipality Palace for a fee of 100.00 TL. 4- The specification price sold for the tender will not be refunded. 5- The following conditions are required for the bidders who will enter the tender; a) If the bidder is a private person; Having a legal residence, presenting an identity document, and submitting a partnership declaration by a notary for those who will enter as partners. b) If the bidder is a company or legal entity; Document showing that they are registered with the Chamber of Commerce and are still in operation, Notarized signature circular and power of attorney of the persons authorized to represent. c) If the bidder is an Association, Federation, Confederation or Foundation; A document obtained from the official authorities showing that they are still in operation, a Notarized copy of the General Assembly decision regarding the purchase of real estate, Notarized signature circulars and authorization documents of the persons authorized to represent. 6- Bids submitted for the tender cannot be withdrawn after they are submitted. 7- Those who enter the tender and lose their guarantee cannot participate in the tender again for a period of one year. 8- Bids must be submitted to the COUNSEL Presidency in the Altındağ Municipality Building at the latest by the tender time on the tender day. Bids submitted after this time or delays for any reason will not be taken into consideration. 9- Our municipality is free to make or not make the tender.
