THE PROPERTY WILL BE SOLD FROM ALTındağ MUNICIPALITY The property of Ankara province Altındağ District Hacettepe (Akbaş) District 410 island 4 parcel and the building on it is owned by our municipality; A sales tender will be held by auction in accordance with the 3rd paragraph of Article 69 of the Municipality Law No. 5393 and the 15th article (d) of the General Regulation on the Production, Allocation, Rental and Sale of Land, Housing and Workplaces of Municipalities. 1. The tender will be held on Wednesday, 28.10.2020 at 16:00 in the presence of the Municipal Committee at the Altındağ Municipality Building Council Meeting Hall at Anafartalar Caddesi No: 177 Altındağ-ANKARA. 2. The sales specifications for the real estate to be sold can be viewed at the Altındağ Municipality Building 3rd Floor Real Estate and Expropriation Directorate at Anafartalar Caddesi No:177 Altındağ-ANKARA during working hours. 3. In order to enter the tender, the following conditions are required from the bidders. 3.1. If the bidder is a real person; a) Republic of Turkey Identity Document b) Having a legal residence within the borders of the Republic of Turkey, c) If the real person is a foreign national, they must submit a document obtained from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre showing that they can acquire real estate within the borders of the Republic of Turkey, d) Submission of notarized partnership agreements of the persons who will participate in the tender as partners, 3.2. If the bidder is a company; a) To submit a document obtained after the announcement date of the tender from the court of the place where the administrative center is located, or from the Chamber of Commerce where it is registered, or from an official institution, stating that the company is registered in the registry and is still operating, b) It is necessary to submit the circular of the company or the notarized power of attorney showing that the persons who will make offers on behalf of the company are the representatives of this company. 3.3. In case the bidder is a legal entity; a) If the legal entity is represented by a real person, a document showing that he/she has the authority to represent must be submitted, a document proving the legal entity must be submitted, and persons with the authority to represent must submit a notarized signature circular. b) If the bidder is a foreign company, submission of the document obtained from the relevant official institution showing that the company is allowed to operate in Turkey, together with the document required from Foreign National real persons in subparagraph (b) of paragraph (8.1) of Article 8 of the Specification (This document must be compatible with the company), 3.4. If the bidder is an association, federation, confederation or foundation; a) Submission of a document obtained from the official authorities after the date of the tender announcement, stating that the association, federation, confederation or foundation is still operating in the location where its headquarters is located, b) Submission of the certified copy of the general assembly decision regarding the purchase of real estate by the general assembly of the association, federation, confederation or foundation, c) Notarized signature circulars of those authorized to represent the association, federation, confederation or foundation must be submitted. 4. Those who will enter the tender are deemed to have seen the real estate on site and accepted the issues stated in the sales specifications, the information about the real estate and the encumbrances in the title deed. After the tender is finalized, those who are awarded the tender cannot make a request contrary to the sales specifications. 5. Expenses arising from the sales tender, stamp duty fee, advertisement fee, VAT fee, all kinds of title deed fees, purchase and sale tax, building and land taxes, if any, belong to the buyer. 6. The Provisional Guarantee Fee will be deposited by 12:00 on the tender day at the latest. 7. The municipality is free to make the tender or not.
