Within the borders of Altındağ District; Our Municipality's shares in the immovable properties located in Başpınar, Battalgazi, Beşikkaya, Çamlık, Doğantepe, Feridun Çelik, Hacılar, Önder, Ulubey and Ali Ersoy neighborhoods and whose neighborhood, island and parcel number are specified in the attached list; According to Article 45 of Law No. 2886, the sale will be made through Open Bid Tender; The sales price, taxes, duties and all expenses will be collected in cash within the legal period of 15 days from the notification date following the approval of the Tender. 1-The tender will be held at No:177 on Samanpazarı Anafartalar Street on the dates and times specified below. It will be held in the presence of the COUNCIL gathered at the Altındağ Municipality Palace Presidency Building. 2-The specifications for this tender can be viewed at the Real Estate and Expropriation Directorate located on the 3rd Floor of Altındağ Municipality Palace and the Provisional Guarantee fees will be deposited by 22 March 16:00 at the latest. 3-The following conditions are required from the bidders in order to enter the tender. If the bidder is a real person, he/she must have a legal residence within the borders of the Republic of Turkey, if the real person is a foreign national, he/she must submit a document obtained from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre showing that he/she can acquire real estate within the borders of the Republic of Turkey, and the persons who will participate in the tender as partners must submit notarized partnership agreements, If the bidder is a company, it is required to submit a document obtained after the announcement date of the tender from the court where the administrative center is located, or from the Chamber of Commerce where it is registered, or from an official institution, stating that the company is registered and still operating, and the company's circular or notarized powers of attorney showing that the persons who will make bids on behalf of the company are representatives of this company are required. In case the bidder is a Legal Entity; If the legal entity is represented by a real person, a document showing that he/she has the authority to represent must be submitted, a document proving the legal entity must be submitted, persons with the authority to represent must submit a signature circular certified by a notary public. In case the bidder is a foreign company, together with the document sought from the foreign natural persons (This document must be compatible with the company.) in Türkiye. Submission of the document received from the relevant official institution showing that the company is allowed to operate, In case the bidder is an association, federation, confederation or foundation; submission of a document received from the official authorities after the date of the tender announcement stating that the association, federation, confederation or foundation is still operating in the location where its headquarters is located, submission of a certified copy of the general assembly decision regarding the purchase of real estate by the general assembly of the association, federation, confederation or foundation. Notarized signature circulars of those authorized to represent the foundation must be submitted. 4-Our municipality is free to make or not make the tender.
