Participation of Citizens aged 65 and Over and Those with Chronic Diseases is Restricted in Wedding, Marriage and Henna Halls

However, at this point, some of our citizens diagnosed with or in contact with Covid 19 who are isolated at home are violating their home isolation obligations by citing their urgent work, seriously risking public health by participating in social life, and our citizens are also accused of weddings, engagements, funerals, etc. It has been evaluated that they increase the spread of the disease by gathering in large numbers in social activities and public transportation vehicles, and this situation poses a serious danger to the health of our citizens, especially those aged 65 and over. In this context By establishing coordination between relevant units, it is ensured that people isolated at home due to being diagnosed with or in contact with Covid 19 comply with the isolation conditions determined by the Ministry of Health, by taking all kinds of precautions, including electronic means, Establishing "Neighbourhood Control Teams" within the Epidemic Control Centers established to ensure that the measures taken in the fight against the epidemic are effectively implemented in the field, and ensuring that these teams directly follow the people detected and quarantined in their neighborhoods, In order for these teams to carry out widespread and effective neighborhood-based monitoring and follow-up activities, neighborhood inspection teams; To ensure the appointment of school principals and teachers, religious officials, headmen and their members, representatives of apartment and site managers and law enforcement personnel, as well as the personnel of public institutions and organizations, local governments and law enforcement units, Fiberglass partitioning between the driver's cabin and passengers in taxis, minibuses and public transportation vehicles, Weddings, funerals, condolences, marketplaces, social activities, etc. for our citizens aged 65 and over and those with chronic illnesses. These citizens should be advised not to use public transportation vehicles at busy times (peak traffic hours), and this issue should be announced to our citizens by the relevant institutions through the press and social media, Regarding those who are found to have violated their home isolation obligation despite all information provided; In addition to the imposition of administrative fines in accordance with Article 282 of the General Hygiene Law, the necessary judicial proceedings are initiated in accordance with Article 195 of the Turkish Penal Code regarding the criminal acts, To ensure that the implementation is carried out completely within the framework specified above by showing the necessary sensitivity on the subject, It was decided unanimously.
