The building, which is dangerous enough to be demolished and is located on the 23321 island 4 parcel of the development plan, at Altındağ district, Güneşevler Mahallesi Celal Esat Arseven Caddesi No:Bila address, must be demolished by you within 30 (thirty) days and the danger must be eliminated. Otherwise, it is strongly NOTIFIED that our Municipality will take the necessary legal action for its demolition in accordance with Article 39 of the Zoning Law No. 3194.
