Gültepe District Taksim Street Demolition Notification

The abandoned building, which is located on the 4643 island 13 parcel of the development plan (Analysis no: 23) at the address of Altındağ District Gültepe District Taksim Street No: 8, which is dangerous enough to be demolished and which has been reported to us by the District Police Department as a danger to general security and public order, must be demolished by you within 10 (ten) days and the danger must be eliminated. Otherwise, it is strongly NOTIFIED that our Municipality will take the necessary legal action for its demolition in accordance with Article 39 of the Zoning Law No. 3194.
