Gültepe District Martyr Talip Yener Street Demolition Notification

The abandoned building, which is located on the 24087 island 8 parcel of the development plan (Analysis number: 21) at the address of Şehit Talip Yener Caddesi No: 103 in Altındağ District Gültepe District, which is dangerous enough to be demolished and has been reported to us by the District Police Department as a danger to general security and public order, must be demolished by you within 10 (ten) days and the danger must be eliminated. Otherwise, it is strongly NOTIFIED that our Municipality will take the necessary legal action for its demolition in accordance with Article 39 of the Zoning Law No. 3194.
