Gültepe District Eflatun Street Demolition Notification

The building, which is dangerous enough to be demolished and is located on the development plan, island 4637, parcel 37, at the address of Altındağ district, Gültepe Mahallesi Eflatun Sokak No: 57-59, must be demolished by you within 30 (thirty) days and the danger must be eliminated. Otherwise, it is strongly NOTIFIED that our Municipality will take the necessary legal action for its demolition in accordance with Article 39 of the Zoning Law No. 3194.
