Gültepe District 749-6 Street Demolition Notification

Altındağ District Gültepe District 749/6 Street and 748/5 Street Intersection No: Bila Altındağ/ANKARA, the abandoned building located on 24282 island 1 parcel (Analysis no: 40) of the development plan, which is dangerous enough to be demolished and reported to us by the District Police Department as a danger to general security and public order, must be demolished by you within 10 (ten) days and the danger must be eliminated. Otherwise, it is strongly NOTIFIED that our Municipality will take the necessary legal action for its demolition in accordance with Article 39 of the Zoning Law No. 3194.
