Gültepe District 715 Street Demolition Notification

The building, which is dangerous enough to be demolished, located on the 4653 island 11 parcel of the development plan at the address 715 Sokak No: 15 in Gültepe District, must be demolished by you within 30 (thirty) days and the danger must be eliminated. Otherwise, it is strongly NOTIFIED that our Municipality will take the necessary legal action for its demolition in accordance with Article 39 of the Zoning Law No. 3194.
