The building, which is dangerous enough to be demolished and located on 24131 island 5 parcel of the development plan, at the address next to 1703 Caddesi No:21 in Altındağ district, Feridun Çelik Mahallesi, must be demolished by you within 30 (thirty) days and the danger must be eliminated. Otherwise, it is strongly NOTIFIED that our Municipality will take the necessary legal action for its demolition in accordance with Article 39 of the Zoning Law No. 3194.
