Letter dated 28.04.2020 and numbered 94 from the Directorate of Real Estate and Expropriation regarding the non-collection of the fees arising from the sale, payment and rental of immovable properties owned or controlled by our Municipality for 3 (three) months. 2. March 2020 Letter dated 01.04.2020 and numbered 15 from the Directorate of Culture and Social Affairs regarding the refund of half of the fee paid to parents who have paid the nursery fees. 3. Letter dated 09.04.2020 and numbered 16 from the Directorate of Culture and Social Affairs regarding the continuation of payment of additional course fees to those who work as master instructors in our Women's Education Cultural Centers and Youth Centers. 4. Letter dated 20.03.2020 and numbered 32 from the Directorate of Financial Services regarding whether the priority right of 12,000.00 TL corresponding to the share ratio of our Municipality in the capital of Metropol İmar A.Ş., which was increased by the Ordinary General Assembly Decision, will be used. 5. Letter dated 1.04.2020 and numbered 13 from the Directorate of Social Assistance Affairs regarding the provision of Social Assistance within the scope of Covid-19 measures. 6.
