Atıfbey District, which is under the management of Altındağ Şehit Köksal Kaşaltı Police Station; It is stated that since it is within the scope of urban transformation, most of the residences in the neighborhood are ruined and unused derelict buildings, these derelict buildings do not have doors and windows, they can be easily entered and exited by people who are prone to crime, drug use and trade is carried out, they are used by drug addicts, it has been determined that they cause fires by lighting fires in these buildings, and demolition operations should be carried out because the derelict buildings marked on the map pose a danger in terms of general security and public order. In the audit carried out based on the relevant article; In the inspection carried out in the building located on the 4617 island 17 parcel of the development plan at the address of Ankara Province, Altındağ district, Gültepe District Altındağ Caddesi No: 109, it was determined that some of it was dangerous enough to be demolished, unusable, a dump, threatened the life and property safety of the residents of the neighborhood and the building was abandoned, and it should be removed from the area in accordance with Article 39 of Law No. 3194.
