Atıfbey District, which is under the management of Altındağ Şehit Köksal Kaşaltı Police Station; It is stated that since it is within the scope of urban transformation, most of the residences in the neighborhood are ruined and unused derelict buildings, these derelict buildings do not have doors and windows, they can be easily entered and exited by people who are prone to crime, drug use and trade is carried out, they are used by drug addicts, it has been determined that they cause fires by lighting fires in these buildings, and demolition operations should be carried out because the derelict buildings marked on the map pose a danger in terms of general security and public order. In the audit carried out based on the relevant article; Law No. 3194 regarding the building located at Ankara Province, Altındağ District, Atıfbey District Doğanşehir Küme Evleri No:75 address, on the old 4753 island 9 parcel and the new 24582 island 1 parcel, found that some of the building was dangerous enough to be demolished, unusable, a dump, threatened the life and property safety of the neighborhood residents and the building was abandoned. It must be removed from the area in accordance with Article 39.
