The municipality or governorship shall notify the owners of abandoned buildings determined by the governorship to pose a danger to general security and public order, and buildings determined by the municipality or governorship to be so dangerous that some or all of them may be demolished, within three days for their removal in the address-based population registration system, according to the degree of danger. If the dangerous situation requires the evacuation of that building and its surroundings, the building will be evacuated immediately by the police, without the need for a court decision. It is said.
