As a result of the complaint submitted to our Directorate, in the inspection carried out in the building located on the 24165 island 13 parcel of the zoning development, at the address 1372/1 Street in Doğantepe District, Ankara Province, Altındağ district, it was determined that some of it was dangerous enough to be demolished, was unusable, was a dump, threatened the life and property safety of the residents of the neighborhood and the building was abandoned. The municipality or governorship shall notify the owners of derelict buildings determined by the governorship to pose a danger to general security and public order, and the buildings determined by the municipality or governorship to be dangerous enough to be partially or completely demolished, within three days for their removal in the address-based population registration system, according to the degree of danger. If the owner of the building cannot be notified in this way, this situation It is announced on the website of the administration that made the notification for a period of 30 days, and the notification document is hung on the dangerous building in place of the notification, and the situation is determined with a report together with the headman, and those who reside in the building for residence purposes, other than the owner, are also notified for eviction. If the dangerous situation is not eliminated by the owner of the building within the period determined by the relevant administration, which is not to exceed 30 days, the elimination of the danger or demolition works will be carried out by the municipality or governorship and the cost will be collected from the owner of the building with an excess of 20%. If the disability of the person concerned is proven, the cost will be covered by the budget of the municipality or governorship. If the danger situation necessitates the evacuation of that building and its surroundings, the municipality or the governorship will immediately evacuate the building without the need for a court decision.
