Doğantepe District Martyr Hacı Osman Dugan Street Demolition Notification

The abandoned building (Analysis number: 76), which is located on the park area south of parcel 125 island 22 at the address of Şehit Hacı Osman Dugan Street No: 99 in Altındağ District Doğantepe District, which is dangerous enough to be demolished and has been reported to us by the District Police Department as a danger to general security and public order, must be demolished by you within 10 (ten) days and the danger must be eliminated. Otherwise, it is strongly NOTIFIED that our Municipality will take the necessary legal action for its demolition in accordance with Article 39 of the Zoning Law No. 3194.
