An evacuation decision was taken for the building, which is located at 1327 Sokak No:Bila, Ankara Province, Altındağ District, Doğantepe District, 23798 island 7 parcel of the development plan, and it was determined that a part of the building was dangerous enough to be demolished, unusable, a dump, threatened the life and property safety of the neighborhood residents, and that the building was abandoned.
