Demolition notice for the building located at Gültepe District Şayak Street No 16

The building, which is located at the address of Altındağ district, Gültepe Mahallesi Şayak Sokak No:16 Yanı, on the 4621 island 46 parcel of the development plan and is dangerous enough to be demolished, must be demolished by you within 30 (thirty) days and the danger must be eliminated. Otherwise, it is strongly NOTIFIED that our Municipality will take the necessary legal action for its demolition in accordance with Article 39 of the Zoning Law No. 3194.
