Documents regarding economic and financial sufficiency and the criteria these documents must meet 4.2.1. Documents to be obtained from banks: Documents to be obtained from domestic or foreign banks showing the unused cash loan or unused letter of guarantee loan at banks in an amount to be determined by the bidder, not less than 10% of the bid price, 4.2.2. The bidder's balance sheet or equivalent documents. The bidder who meets any of these criteria and submits the document related to the criterion he/she meets will be considered sufficient. Bidders who have not been able to meet these conditions in the last three years can submit their documents up to the last six years. In this case, it will be checked whether the minimum values are met based on the average of the years for which the documents are submitted. 4.3. Documents related to Vocational and Technical qualifications and the criteria that these documents must meet 4.3.1. Work experience documents: The bidder must have worked at least 70% of the contract price in the public or private sector in the country and abroad in the last fifteen years.
