2018 Debtors Statute of Limitations Announcement

The debts of the persons whose names, surnames and titles are specified in the attached lists, due until 31.12.2018, could not be notified to them within the scope of Article 103 of the Tax Procedure Law. Addressees must apply to Altındağ Municipality Financial Services Directorate in person or by proxy, or if they cannot, they must provide their full address by registered letter or telegram. Otherwise, at the end of one month starting from the date of the announcement, the notification will be notified in accordance with Articles 103, 104, 105 and 106 of the Tax Procedure Law.
