Örnek Mahallesi, Kadırga Caddesi No:26 demolition notification

The complaint submitted to our Directorate has been examined, and during the inspection carried out on the building located on plot 4517, island 45, in Ankara Province, Altındağ district, Örnek Mahallesi Kadırga Caddesi No:26, it was determined that some of it was dangerous enough to be demolished, was unusable, a dump, threatened the life and property safety of the residents of the neighborhood and the building was abandoned, and was removed from the area pursuant to Article 39 of Law No. 3194. The necessity was recorded by the Determination Commission on 12/11/2021.
