Önder Mahallesi Eylem Sokak No:9 Demolition Notification

The complaint submitted to our directorate has been examined, and during the inspection of the building located on plot 24257 island 2 of the development plan at the address of Önder Mahallesi Eylem Sokak No:9 in Ankara Province, Altındağ district, it was determined that a part of it was dangerous enough to be demolished, was unusable, was a dump, threatened the life and property safety of the residents of the neighborhood, and the building was abandoned, and that the building had to be removed from the area pursuant to Article 39 of Law No. 3194. It was recorded by the Determination Commission on 10/11/2021.
